As a recruiter are you bound to give feedback to the candidate irrespective of the fact it is either positive or negative ?
Do you also tell the areas where you found the skills lacking ??
Answer
It is definitely a good practice to inform the candidate about the feedback of the interview that is done. It is not essential that we give + feedback to the selected candidates alone. This will surely establish credibility and good will amongst the candidates and will go a long way in creating a positive company image.Raghav
