As a recruiter are you bound to give feedback to the candidate irrespective of the fact it is either positive or negative ?Do you also tell the areas where you found the skills lacking ??
AnswerIt is definitely a good practice to inform the candidate about the feedback of the interview that is done. It is not essential that we give + feedback to the selected candidates alone. This will surely establish credibility and good will amongst the candidates and will go a long way in creating a positive company image.Raghav
